Order Processing & Timeline
- Once your order is verified, it is processed, packed, and dispatched within 3 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of order/payment.
- If an item is out of stock or restocking is required, we will notify you via email about the delay.
- Please note: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.
Delivery Timeline
- Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Deliveries are handled by registered domestic courier partners or Speed Post, in line with courier norms.
- Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, government regulations, natural calamities, or logistical issues.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with the courier partner’s name and your tracking ID.
- You can use this information to track your order until it reaches you.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within India.
Delivery Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including house number, landmarks, and pin code.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
- Any shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown clearly at checkout—no hidden costs.
- Please note: Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
